Director Peter Forgacs returns to the New York Jewish Film Festival with an elegant and moving visual poem featuring found footage by amateur filmmaker Marci Tenzer. Miss Universe 1929 is the story of Marci’s cousin and secret love, the Viennese beauty queen Lisl Goldarbeiter.
