BASIC FUNCTION:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the executive assistant will be responsible for the overall efficiency and organization of a fast-paced office. This individual will interface with a wide spectrum of the institution's community including internal departments, board members,advisory committees, donors and Lincoln Center constituents.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/ QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential duties and responsibilities include answering, facilitating, and responding to heavy telephone and e-mail traffic, scheduling, and maintenance of databases. A successful
candidate must demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, the ability to time manage and prioritize, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills; candidates must be highly
organized and detail orientated. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. The candidate should have a B.A., and possess good internet skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
and Excel. An interest in Film and non-for profits is greatly encouraged. Prior related work experience required.
